A fun sit-down with Gordy Hoffman, founder and judge of the BlueCat Screenplay Competition, answering questions from up and coming filmmakers and screenwriters. In this episode, Gordy tackles the ways of overcoming writer’s block.

Just keep writing.

Writer’s block is perceived to be a soul-crushing force encountered by many writers throughout their professional careers. Many who experience it for the first time worry that they will never be able to complete a work again. The best way to get out of that rut is to just sit down and write. No matter what you put down, just keep going. Eventually, a great idea will come to you.
