How to Transfer Your File to PDF
SCRIPTWARE
- Download and install CutePDF = http://cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp if you haven't already done so. Download and install Free Converter as well. Do it separately.
- Find and Open your official document
- Go to file = click Print
- Click on setup
- Select CutePDF Writer from small drop down box = click OK.
- Make sure you have selected entire file at top. Click Print (you will get a Save As box)
- Select a folder (recommend you use My Documents) and give it a file name.
- Click save (your document should now be saved as a PDF)
- Exit and go to My Documents and try to open. If it opens you're ready. It should show file is now PDF.
- Go to Outlook Express and click Create Mail
- Make sure you enlarge screen
- Type in the proper information, e-mails etc.
- Click the word attachment
- A drop down box appears where you can find your document
- Click on file name
- Click word attach at bottom right
- You should now see your file as part of the e-mail
- Click the word SEND

- Click File > Print.
- Select whatever you wish to include in the PDF (i.e., Entire Script, Selected Pages, etc.).
- Uncheck "Run SmartCheck."
- If you have made a title page under File > Title Page Publisher, you can choose to check the box labeled "Print Title Page" to include it as the first page of the PDF file.
- Next, change where it says "Print Normally to Printer" to "Create Adobe PDF file".
- Click OK.
- A Save As window should come up asking where you want to save the PDF file. Type in a filename (.PDF will be appended automatically to the end).
- At the top of the window, choose where you want to save the file.
- Click Save.
FINAL DRAFT 6 and 7
- In FD 7.1x go to File/Save as PDF.
- In FD 7.0x and FD6, go to File>Save As.
- Under the Format or Save As Type dropdown menu you'll see Adobe Acrobat document (.pdf).
Microsoft: Save as PDF
- This download allows you to export and save to the PDF format in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. It also allows you to send files as e-mail attachments in the PDF format in a subset of these programs.
